I will make every effort to supply the coaching or therapeutic hours agreed to high standards. Should I make a mistake I will seek to remedy it to your satisfaction.

In all dealings I will maintain a high level of courtesy to my clients.
Information and Assistance
Within the limits of maintaining confidentiality and my own resources I will provide all the information and assistance that I can to the highest standards.
Fairness
I will seek to be fair in all aspects of my business relationship with clients
Confidentiality
I will at all times respect the confidentiality of clients. I will treat all information discussed with you or written to you as confidential. I will not divulge any part thereof to any third party, according to the Data Protection Act 1974/1998 amendments unless required to do so by law.
Time Allocation
At all times, I will allocate and be available for the session times agreed and remuneration will be apportioned in all circumstances for this allocation. I reserve the right to cancel or change an appointment. If this is necessary I will always give as much notice as possible.
Client Cancellation
Any cancelation of an appointment by a client, with less than a week's notice, is subject to a charge of half the fee for the booked session. In the event of you having to cancel with less than a days notice the full fee is payable. If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please always call me to let me know.
Complaints procedure
If you have a complaint then please address your complaint to David in the first instance and he will endeavour to offer a solution to your satisfaction. If you are for any reason not satisfied with his service and he cannot resolve this to your mutual satisfaction then you can make representation to the appropriate professional body of which he is a member.
